From training smarter to enriching your body with the most nutritious high-quality foods while on the road, Faya will share tips via her social media channels and curate experiences combining fitness, nutrition and working out in style.

“I’m super excited to be working with Westin Hotels as a Well-Being Expert, as we completely share a common ethos around a sustainable healthy lifestyle, which very much encompasses active travel. Our combined vision can really help to shape the way that the health-aware traveller enjoys their time spent away from home, in some of the most fabulous places on this planet!” said Faya Nilsson.

Faya’s approach to an active and healthy lifestyle has already captured the hearts and minds of her more than 100K social media followers across the UK and overseas. In her role as a Westin Well-Being Expert, Faya will work alongside a group of global experts to curate well-being experiences at different Westin Hotels so guests too can benefit from her insights.

This will feature a Wellness Escape – a well-being retreat based upon Faya’s expertise in fitness, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, yoga, running and more.

“What makes Faya a perfect fit with Westin’s Well-Being Movement is that she doesn’t just tell you to work out, she tells you why and how it’s good for you, providing great motivation along the way. At Westin, everything we do is designed to help you feel your best so this partnership is another great way Westin introduces innovative wellness options to our guests and our talents” said Elena Mendez, Vice President, Sheraton, Westin and SSB brands in Europe, Africa and Middle East.

With a brand positioning rooted in wellness for more than a decade, Westin introduced the Westin Well-Being Movement, a $15 million brand-wide campaign launched last year, aimed at enhancing the well-being of guests and associates around the world.

Since its launch, the movement has featured innovative partnerships with nutrition experts, health advocates and acclaimed yoga instructors, as well as programs across Westin’s six pillars of well-being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well and Play Well.
