Arriving on April 24, the food truck has been serving various Korean foods and desserts including japchae (stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables), dak gangjeong (sweet and sour fried chicken), citron-aid, and bulgogi and kimchi wrapped in a bun at the Piazza Cadorna in the city center. The bulgogi and kimchi bun is a fusion Korean food specially designed for Westerners. Visitors can also listen to explanations on simple Korean foods that are often served by street vendors and enjoyed outdoors by many people. They can also find ingredients, culinary methods, health benefits and hidden stories related to Korean foods.
